M100 payoff is an extremely light weight aluminum basket with very low inertia and drag. It is designed for use with small bundles of very light wire. Adjustable drag brake is standard. M225 is a steel constructed general purpose manual payoff suited for wires between .015" and .062" (.4 to 1.6mm) diameter and light strip. It is available with a 32" (812mm) diameter basket and choice of a 5" (127mm) depth, a 1" (25mm) lip or completely flat. M500 is a versatile, rugged steel constructed manual payoff suitable for either wire bundlesbetween .030" and .125" (.75 3.2mm) and strip to 2" (50mm) plus, depending on thickness and material type. All models include an adjustable drag brake. A wide range of basket diameters and depths is available: 38", 45", 48", 52" (.96, 1.14, 1.22, 1.32m) diameters and 6", 1" (150, 25mm) deep or flat. M2000 payoff for carriers is available with the Single Point Center or bolt adjust center and is equipped with a band style drag brake. It has a brake foot pedal for fast stopping requirments. It is designed with a catch ring to prevent wire spillage. M3000 series is a manual payoff engineered to handle large diameter, high tensile wires up to 0.560” (14mm). Designed for applications paying off large diameter high tensile wires where a powered machine is not required or ceiling heights restrict loading. The exclusive 3 mode manual braking system simplifies tension control and enhances safety. M3300 is a large diameter wire manual payoff for heavy load carriers and loose bundles. High tensile wire containment is provided by the exclusive swash top design which also features a snap lock handle to speed installation and removal. Equipped with a hydraulic disc brake M4000 is designed for applications paying off large diameter high tensile brake solves the problem of having too much braking force at startup and too little to prevent the payoff from over speeding. M5000 is a large diameter wire manual payoff for heavy load carriers payoff in the manual series, it is also equipped with a hydraulic disc brake.
