COMPANY HISTORY:
Spectral Systems was founded in 1994 when we noticed
a definite need for dereeling equipment that could truly enhance and increase
production rates rather than simply feed wire. We knew that our equipment
could be engineered to be extremely efficient and flexible, user-friendly,
safe and still maintain the highest quality, while being reasonably priced.
OUR COMPANY PHILOSOPHY:
Spectral Systems, Inc., operates under this straightforward
principle: to design and build high quality, user friendly equipment at
reasonable cost.
QUALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT:
Why does Spectral Systems equipment stand apart from
all others? There are several important reasons: All of our machines are
designed and engineered with quality in mind; we use only the finest components
available and "overbuild" every machine. We work with customers
to select the correct type and size dereeler to match their requirements.
We are able to easily customize our equipment for unique applications,
such as use of special materials, unusual feed rates or lengths, or type
of forming equipment in use. All machines are user-friendly (simple set-up
and operation, controls easy to read and use) and safe to operate. These
features - and more too numerous to mention here-all combine to increase
production by enabling the operator to focus on the job instead of worrying
about feeding wire. All Spectral Systems machines are designed to achieve
a 20+ year service life and are backed by a two year warranty - some longer!
SERVICE AND REPAIRS:
The equipment is so well-engineered and so well-built
that it is a rare occasion for one to need repair! However, at Spectral
Systems, we know that downtime is lost revenue and we respond immediately
to any problem that arises.
THE EQUIPMENT:
A full line of high quality, highly efficient dereelers
is offered for round wire 0.002" up to 0.750" plus strip and
flat stock, making Spectral Systems a "One Stop Shop" for the
metalforming industry's payoff needs. We currently have 20 different machines
in our product line. These range from the "P150", which handles
wire as small as 0.002" diameter to the "P6600", for handling
the larger wire diameter up to 0.750". A recent addition to the line
is a "next generation" slack-wire feeder which offers, among
other innovations, virtually zero-tension payoff. All Spectral Systems
dereelers are completely packed with unique features which result in exceptional
versatility as well as durability.
